Austin Cerwinske was a quick worker we had a water leak in the office and they had it dried and cleaned up with in a couple days.

Will, Margaret, Zack, and Jacob were above and beyond. Super prompt, knowledgeable, and nice, and answered all my questions. Did an amazing job with the flooding I had. Honestly, in a stressful situation, they really put my mind at ease too.

We had a pipe burst the afternoon before we were leaving to fly to London. Water was everywhere in a matter of minutes. I called SERVPRO of Hermitage/Donelson & they were at my house within an hour during rush hour traffic. Mike Aucoin & Zack came in & immediately got to work, bringing in mats, dehumidifiers & other equipment to dry out the hardwood floors. Knowing we would be gone, I gave them my daughter’s number to call to let them in each day. Even though we were out of the country, Mike emailed me each time they came out to let me know the progress. Everything was completed before we returned. Mike & Zack were prompt, reliable & professional. I hope I do not have another need for this type of service in the future, but if I do, I will definitely use SERVPRO again. I highly recommend them.

These guys are life savers. Had my washing machine upstairs donate its water supply to the carpeted hallway and bedrooms as well as the ceiling and hardwood floor of my living room underneath it. This happened around 7:30 PM, which had me in an absolute panic. When I tell you there was a waterfall coming out of my smoke detector and light fixtures, I’m not exaggerating, but they had someone out to my house by 9-10pm to set up water mitigation, which immediately eased my anxiety. Side note: the first company I called said they would dispatch someone that night but didn’t call again until the morning with “You still need someone?” I will always be calling SERVPRO first from now on. They were easy to work with and immediately had me in touch with a repair company for when the dust had settled, and that company has been great so far with their estimate, timeliness, and ease of working with my insurance. We called SERVPRO about 10:30 PM when the supply line to an upstairs toilet broke send water all in the bathroom, master bedroom, through the bedroom ceiling below, which fell in on the bed and into the basement exercise room and den. Within 2 hours SERVPRO arrived with fans, dehumidifiers and people to start cleaning up the mess. They have been great to work with and did a great job. Now we must repair the damage.

Our handheld shower head ended up spraying water onto our hardwood bathroom floor for 15 minutes before being shut off. There was a lot of water under the bathroom in our crawlspace. I thought for sure we would have to replace the wood floors, but fortunately SERVPRO knew exactly what to do. They were timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. Len with SERVPRO of Bellevue did a great job with the carpet cleaning after our recent water damage claim. He kept us informed on when he would be arriving to start the job and stuck to the timeline. He did the work quickly and without issue. He was also nice enough to change out the air filter prior to cleaning in case any dirt fell down onto the clean carpet. We had an 8 inch roof drain pipe coupling come loose during a torrential rain storm that flooded two floors of our building, I made a call a little after midnight to Rob Dixon Owner of SERVPRO of Belle Meade / West Nashville, told Rom I have a flooded building. Rob said I will be right over. Rob was on site in less than an hour. Rob assessed the need called in his crews with the needed equipment and the recovery began. They got the water vacuumed up and started the drying process of the walls, carpet and hard wood floors. Rom and crew have extensive knowledge of how to treat you floors and walls, We did not lose any hard wood floors as Rob and crew were able to completely dry out the wood and "O" buckling of floors, carpet was clean and fresh "NO" smelly carpet when they were finished. We experienced a flood in our condo (and the units below us) due to our sprinkler being accidentally set off by a repairman, and SERVPRO was the bright spot in this grim experience. Zach was very timely, professional, responsive... everything good! He talked us through the process, helped ease our minds, and gave great updates each day. He never missed a text message, and provided our follow up reports in a timely fashion. We did not use SERVPRO contractors for our repair work, and Zach was still very helpful in working with our hired contractors to honor our requests.

I had the unfortunate experience to have my water heater leak in my rental just prior to selling it. In addition my then tenant was absolutely unbearable through this process while the neighboring condo who too felt the pain because the water flowed underneath the common wall to her new wood floor was great. My tenant gave the representatives of SERVPRO a large amount of grief. Their task force went about their business cleaning and making our rental new again so I could get it back on the market. We had a busted pipe in a high rise office building, affecting 12 floors. The water was shut off quickly, but it doesn't take long for water to cause property damage.
