He made it plain to builder’s company what needed to happen so that neither would come back on them and we/ I would get sick in future as he talked with builders rep. So very thankful for him spelling it out for Lia and for me. Polite but firm and professional.

When something bad or smelly happens and things get wet, damaged, etc, it's nice to know that kind men will drive up and fix things.
